1. Dirty Car
Okay if the car is very dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Then, yes give your driver a low rating. However, if IT just stopped raining or snowing. Or maybe there are just a few crumbs on the seat or floor then no don't low star them for that. For drivers get busy so can't suspect then to deep their car after every ride.
2. Driver Picking you up at wrong location
Drivers go to where the GPS tells them to go. If you should notice the app entered the wrong pick location text or call your driver to let them know exactly where you are. It's not your driver's fault if the GPS tells them to the wrong place.
Both Uber and Lyft take drivers on a certain route to get you to your destination. If you should have a different route you would like your driver to take let them know. Also, drivers can't really predict traffic or where there will be accidents
4. Driver doesn't talk
People have good and bad days. And who knows maybe the rider they had before you were rude and ruined their mood. Just because a driver doesn't talk to doesn't mean you have to give them a low rating. Also, there is no rule saying riders and drivers have to talk the whole trip.
