How to cancel an order on Instacart

Before a shopper begins shopping your order, you’re able to cancel the order for a full refund without any additional fees.

How To Cancel On The Website:

1. At the top right, click either Account or Hi, [Your Name]
2. Click Your Orders
3. Click View order detail on the relevant order
4. Click Manage Order, then Cancel my order

1. Tap the 3 stacked horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner
2. Tap Your Orders
3. Select the order you want to cancel
4. On the order page, scroll down to Manage order
5. Tap Cancel this order
