Riders check your ride before you get in

Updated: Feb 9

Whether you follow the news or not. We are sure you have heard of all the riders who have been getting into the wrong car and that were assaulted or worse by the fake drivers.

It's unfortunately becoming a thing that is happening more often to riders.

It's also something that is so easily preventable for riders.

For both Uber and Lyft provide riders with all their driver's information.

Uber:

After requesting a rider and driver accepts the request. On the bottom of the screen it will give you all your drivers info name, picture of driver, make, model and color of car, alone with their license plate. Make sure to verify this before you get into the driver's car.

Lyft:

When you driver arrives. All their information will pop up make and model, color of car, license plate, along with a picture of your driver.
