How to contact a customer on DoorDash for merchants

  1. If you need to contact the customer about a live order, tap the three vertical red dots in the top right corner of the order. On the options that pop up, select Contact Customer.

  2. You will be given the customer's phone number. The call will only work if you use your restaurant phone to call them.
