How to report your delivery was damaged on Postmates

If you should unfortunately have an item that was delivered damaged, follow the steps below to report it to Postmates.

On The App:

  • Goto Postmates order history by click on the clock icon on the top left corner.

  • Then tap name of the merchant that you receiebed the items from.

On The Website:

  • Click on your avatar on the top right hand corner of the screen.

  • Then click deliveries.

  • Then select the order you had the problems with.
