If you should unfortunately have an item that was delivered damaged, follow the steps below to report it to Postmates.
On The App:
Goto Postmates order history by click on the clock icon on the top left corner.
Then tap name of the merchant that you receiebed the items from.
On The Website:
Click on your avatar on the top right hand corner of the screen.
Then click deliveries.
Then select the order you had the problems with.
