If an item from your order should be missing use the steps below to notify Shipt of the issue.
Go to ‘Your Orders’.
Click on the order with the missing item.
Click on the button ‘Any feedback on the items?’
Select ‘Issue’ for each missing item.On the prompt, select ‘
Something Wrong With Item’, ‘Item Missing’, or ‘Wrong Item’.
If you choose, add a note.
Submit the feedback.
This will send an email to our support team who we will follow up with you via email within one day.
Note there is a seven day limitation for reporting issues on an order.
