What to do if never received your DoorDash order

If you unfortunately never received your DoorDash order follow these steps for mobile app users and website users.
Mobile app users
Select the order from the “Orders” tab
Tap "Help" in the top right-hand corner
Under “Delivery Issues,” select “Order never arrived”
Follow the prompts on the screen to either select a resolution or chat with an agent who will help provide the best resolution for you
Desktop users
Select the button with three lines on the top left-hand corner
Select "Orders" and choose the corresponding order
Select "Help" on the left-hand side
Under "Delivery issues," select "Order never arrived"
