How to cancel an order in progress for Postmates drivers

If you cannot complete a delivery or need to cancel, you can by clicking the question mark icon on the delivery screen. There you will be able to choose the reason you can't complete the delivery, next you will receive appropriate assistance based on the phase of delivery you're in.
Make sure to only use this feature if you absolutely need to, for canceling deliveries creates a poor experience for both customers and the Fleet.
