If an item should be damaged in your order you can contact Shipt in the app by following these steps.
Go to ‘Your Orders’.
Click on the order with the damaged item.
Click on the button ‘Any feedback on the items?’
Select ‘Issue’ for each damaged item.
On the prompt, select ‘Something Wrong With Item’, ‘Item Missing’, or ‘Wrong Item’.
If you choose, add a note.
Submit the feedback.
